About us
Taste of Togetherness is not a slogan
It is the reason the portions are this size, the seasoning is this bold, and the vegetarian section is as long as the chicken one.
The idea
A grill kitchen, not a curry house
Loafers Grill was built around the part of North Indian cooking that usually gets pushed to the side of the menu: the fire. Skewers in the tandoor, whole birds on the spit, fish and pakoda out of the fryer, chaap charring at the edges.
It is the food you find at a roadside dhaba rather than a dining room — cooked fast at high heat, seasoned to be eaten with your hands, and served in quantities that assume you are not eating alone. The mascot on our logo has his arm up and his bandana on for a reason. This is not quiet food.
The menu stays deliberately short and is organised by cooking method, because that is how the kitchen actually runs and how people order when they are hungry. Six tikka marinades, one fryer, one tandoor, and a winter list that appears when the weather turns.

On the logo
Taste of Togetherness
Red, yellow, a chicken with a bandana and one hand in the air. The brand is loud because the food is.
How we cook
Four rules the kitchen runs on
Fire first
The tandoor and the fryer decide the menu. If a dish does not benefit from real heat, it does not go on the board.
Share, do not split
Portions are built for the middle of the table. Whole chickens, stacked skewers, plates of momos.
No token vegetarian
Chaap, paneer, mushroom and veg momos run right through the menu, cooked in the same oven.
Say what it is
Straight descriptions, honest spice levels, and a phone number that reaches an actual person.
Why Loafers Grill
Four things we refuse to cut corners on
Real fire, not a warming tray
The tandoor runs hot all service. Skewers go on when your order comes in, which is why the char is dry and the middle is still juicy.
Vegetarian gets the same fire
Soya chaap, peri peri chaap, paneer, mushroom and veg momos — cooked in the same oven, not reheated on the side.
Portions built for a table
Full chickens, platters and wraps sized for sharing. Order for the group and pull it apart in the middle.
Talk to the kitchen
Call and someone here picks up. Ask what is best today, adjust the spice, sort the timing — no app in between.
